Rabat - Morocco strongly condemned the dangerous military escalation of Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people and the barbarous strikes of Palestinian houses and civilians.

A release of the Ministry of foreign affairs says Morocco offers condolences to the families of Palestinian victims and expresses concern over the continuation of this aggression against innocent civilians.

After denouncing Israel's unjustified and unacceptable escalation, Morocco warned against the serious consequence that this could entail on efforts made to resume the peace process and on the future of the entire region.

Morocco also called the international community to fully take its responsibility and take urgent action to immediately end the aggressions, protect the Palestinian people and preserve their rights, hold Israel accountable for this flagrant aggression and force it to abide by the international law resolutions.

Scores of Palestinian civilians have died as Israel escalated its assaults on Palestinians territories.
