Cairo - The Arab information ministers council, which held on Thursday in Cairo its 45th sessop, applauded the efforts made by Bayt Mal Al Quds Agency, an arm of Al Quds Committee, to support the resistance of Al Quds population and its contribution to improve the economic, social, cultural and education conditions in the city.
Morocco's communication minister, spokesman of the government, Mustapha El Khalfi, said the council underscored results of the latest session, held in Marrakech under the chairmanship of HM King Mohammed VI, and the decisions adopted to consolidate Arab and Islamic efforts to defend Al Quds, fight settlement plans and schemes to judaize the city by obliterating its Arab and Islamic identity.
Al Khalfi told MAP that the meeting also agreed to adapt Arab media efforts to the latest decisions of Al Quds committee and hailed efforts made by Morocco to promote the media, mainly through its white book on the electronic media.
The information ministers further agreed to conduct a scientific study on Arab countries efforts over transition to the electronic media.
